We provide our technicians with training and knowledge on how to complete the tasks with detailed focus, productivity, speed and INNOVATION in our field.
Our Lead Techs supervise their team to provide exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our customers, which includes residential, HOA and commercial jobs.
Our Lawn Technicians work with zero-turn mowers, stick edgers, weed eaters, backpack blowers, and trimmers.
We provide services to our customers that include; lawn mowing, edging, tree/bush trimming, mulch/rock installation, plant installation, property cleanups, and aeration/overseeding.
We also provide sod installation, fertilization, and pest control (new as of 1 March 24).

Some Requirements For Our Lead Technicians: * Authorized to work in the USA * We are looking for _*drivers*_*; *as a driver you must have less than 2 infractions within a three year period, _*zero reckless driving*_ infractions within a 5 year period, and a valid driver's license.
* Per our insurance, to drive our trucks you need to be 21 or over with a clean driving record * Have the ability to back in a trailer * Have a reliable means of transportation to get to work * Have the ability to lead, instruct, and guide crew members (team size is 2-3 people) * At least 1-2 years experience leading crew members * Able to lift and/or move equipment * Good communication and leadership skills * Able to make executive decisions in the field when necessary WE ADHERE TO ALL NON-SMOKING LOCAL AND STATE LAWS.
