PRIMARY ROLE:
Award-winning independent insurance agency with locations in Northern Virginia and Williamsburg, is looking for a commercial lines producer.
This position is available at our Williamsburg location.
We gain the trust of our clients by educating and advising them on risk and claims management issues important to them.
They place coverage with our agency because we educate them on facts and strategies no one else has.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated, measurable sales success, not necessarily in this industry.
A prospecting strategy and platform upon which you will receive in depth training will be provided.
Your willingness to prospect will be a necessity for success.
Ability to learn risk and claims management processes and strategies and communicate them effectively with insureds and prospects.
