Overview: This exciting Marketing Operations Project Manager role will be at the helm of leading the operations transformation and modernization of the company.
This role will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive strategy and execute on high priority projects while leading project management and seamless execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
A strategic mindset will translate to high-level & strategic plans into marketing action items.
This position is responsible for gathering the relevant stakeholders and will own the process from planning to implementation and rollout, overseeing various operational aspects of the marketing department.
The manager will collaborate closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across all marketing and organizational efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
Partnering globally, regionally, and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery, under tight deadlines.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing execution, including automation of planning and scheduling tools.
Oversee the execution of the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve company and marketing strategic goals.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including developing processes, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress against key initiatives.
Work across the organization to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts including integration of CRM and document management system.
Implement and manage digital marketing and SEO campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies.
Evaluate, implement, and manage technology platforms and tools, such as CRM integration, marketing process automation, and analytics software.
Provide guidance on the selection of appropriate tools to support marketing objectives and enhance operational capabilities.
Develop and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Establish standardized workflows and procedures for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
Continuously assess and optimize processes to streamline operations and drive measurable results.
Oversee data collection, storage, and integrity within marketing systems.
Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns across various channels (digital, physical, social, email, etc.
).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine messaging, creative assets, and audience targeting.
Foster strong partnerships with global and domestic sales, product, clinical and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and address operational challenges.
Develop regular reports and dashboards to track company performance.
Present findings and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7+ years proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.
g.
, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.
g.
, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
