Hospice clinical liaison

Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between healthcare facilities and the clinical team - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers - Identify and analyze potential business opportunities for the organization - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities - Provide technical sales support to healthcare professionals - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare facilities - Collaborate with the clinical team to provide education and training on products or services - Stay updated on industry developments and advancements Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Hospice or Home Health industry - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients - Knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
