Inside Sales Assistant

Job Summary: The role of the Inside Sales Assistant is to assist customer with orders, service dispatching, billing, purchasing and receiving.
Process inside sales order and purchasing of special parts.
Also assist in the servicing of customers on site.
Areas of Responsibility: Answering company phone Dispatching sales or service technicians to customers Vendor purchasing and receiving Service contracts Billing Assist salesperson with ordering and purchasing Process sales orders On site sales Solicit prospective and existing customers Maintain customer data Accounts Receivable Credit Applications Filing On site assistance Receiving customer payment Knowledge of parts, chemicals, filters, pumps, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.
