_*Our City Center Call Center *_is seeking highly motivated, cheerful call center representatives to contact customers and schedule reservations for resorts in Virginia, Florida, and Nevada.
Upbeat, fun, team-oriented atmosphere with daily games/$$$ and incentives! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! NO COLD CALLING! We offer paid training and starting pay of $17 per hour paid weekly, PLUS commission and bonuses.
$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS (upon successful completion of perfect attendance requirement).
*Position Requirements*
· Must be able to work all shifts.
Part-time hours in the evening.
Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Sunday, 5:00 PM -9:00 PM Monday-Thursday and select Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
* Previous phone experience/customer service/sales experience helpful, but not required.
* Equitable work experience with a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
* Must be motivated, outgoing, friendly, tactful, and well organized.
* Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
* Professional appearance and positive, enthusiastic attitude must be maintained.
* Excellent verbal communication, and active listening skills.
* Good attendance and solid work ethic.
* Desire to earn serious money.
