Reduced Rent Housing is a benefit, for one individual, in exchange for Part-Time help, as a Property Caretaker, 10 to 15 hours per week.
This is NOT a Rooming House, it is a Private Residence with one Homeowner.
My current Property Caretaker will be leaving in about a month.
I need a conscientious, trustworthy, able-bodied individual, in good health, to primarily help with yard maintenance.
This is an easy and comfortable provision for someone retired, or, who works at home with flexible hours, likes dogs, and will take the initiative to do the required things without supervision.
Required Tasks - Help with dog walks for one small 12-pound Fur Baby, mowing the lawn, weeding, moving plants, etc.
Help with seasonal cleanings, such as power washing in the spring, carpet shampooing, raking and bagging leaves in the fall, help with Holiday decorations, and occasional tasks involving the residence.
Location - The Residence is located in a safe, very desirable area, in a quiet, established, upscale neighborhood, right off the Colonial Parkway.
Minutes from Historic Colonial Williamsburg, the College of William and Mary, and New Quarter Park with Boat Docks and Bicycle Paths.
Amenities - Spacious furnished Private Bedroom on the third floor all to yourself.
Nicely appointed with king-size bed, En Suite Bathroom, and large Walk-in closet.
You may also use the Kitchen, Laundry, Garden, and Deck.
Electric, Gas, Water, Sewage, Trash, Wi-Fi, and secure driveway parking are all included.
You are responsible for your own food, drinks, and personal items.
Additional pets or people moving in with you is not a workable arrangement for either of us.
