Keyless private code entry for residents.

Locked and secured frig, freezer and for all personal food.
Large privacy fenced outside area for smoking, walking, exercise, meditation, relaxation with gazebo, out door furniture, swing and stainless steel cooking grille.
3 meals daily options based from national health menu provided.
Our team cleans after each meal, washes and sterilize all dishes to safety standards.
Our team provides strict cleaning regime of all common areas, hallways, steps, baths, showers, toilets and sinks daily.
All residents with a mental disability MUST be and remain medication compliant.
Full size washer and dryer on site, $10 monthly for unlimited resident loads.

We require first month rent of $600 -$750 plus security deposit of $600-$750 for fully finished rooms to be paid at time of move in.
We will consider partial pay arrangements on security deposit with half or percentage less paid at time of move in to be determined on a case by case based on a person financial situation.
First month is a requirement to move in.
