I have a spare bedroom and bathroom I am looking to rent out.
Dishwasher and w/d are in unit.
All utilities are included.
Would need to apply through the leasing office to be added onto the lease.
They will pull credit and verify income.
The building allows up to two pets.
I currently have none.
The extra rent for having the pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
