*PARCEL STOP* , a neighborhood pack-and-ship store, located in the Monticello Marketplace in Williamsburg (next to Target & Publix) is looking for a friendly face to help our customers ship their packages to family, friends, and businesses all over the world.
We are a UPS, Fedex, USPS, and DHL authorized shipping outlet, offering shipping options, professional packaging, office services, and more.

Primary Duties:
* Running point of sale software (data entry, cash register, etc.
)
* Customer service (greeting, asking questions, communicating options, reviewing information, etc.
)
* Packing customer shipments (envelopes, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.
)
* Office-related services (scanning, printing, faxing, etc.
)
* Filing claims for lost or damaged packages
* Managing Mailbox customers
*This position requires 28 to 35 hours per week.
Roughly 7 hours per shift.

*Training wage is $12/hr.
Pay will raise to $14-16/hour (Hourly wage based on experience), following 14 days of training.
