We are looking for a *Shift Supervisor *to be responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor.
The Shift Supervisor will supervise all employees and oversee sales, store merchandising, guest service, and all operational functions in absence of store management.

*Responsibilities*
* Supervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals
* Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
* Open and close the store following documented procedures.
* Ensure that registers are properly opened and closed, doors are opened and locked, and alarms are set correctly.
* Remain current on all company policies and ensure that all policies, standards, and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
* Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
* Prepare food products in-store using chocolate and caramel dipping pots, as required.
* Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
* Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
* Communicate customer concerns or requests to management.
* Maintain orderly appearance of the register area.
* Ensure all display cases and shelves remain adequately stocked and cleaned.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Skills*
* 6+ months prior retail or cash handling experience
* Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service
* Availability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate expectations and standards to staff clearly and effectively
* A customer service approach with the ability to manage concerns and complaints with professionalism
