Unwanted Birds or Birds? (Hampton Roads)

If you see an ad like this,just to know they are the worst scammers.
They are listing in alot of internet ads.
They will not give you a phone number or address to show where your bird is going,they will not let u come to their home to inspect premises.
This person said she was selective on the type of bird,but give you no idea how she can be reached.
