Male gsd 3 yrs old

Three yr old male gsd.
Not fixed.
Absolutely cannot be with other male dogs or cats!!!! He has killed three cats!!! Extremely high prey drive so no farms or small animals!! If he is fixed his aggression towards males may change.
I am downsizing due to living out of state I’m June and can only take two dogs.
No papers, due for rabies, I have vet paperwork, collar and leash.
I would like him gone asap due to the safety of my cats.
If not he will go to a shelter.
Rehoming fee $200 negotiable to right family.
He is a shepherd so he is very protective of his family.
