Licensed Outpatient Therapist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Envision Counseling is seeking licensed outpatient therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for full-time or part-time employment.
We are looking for personable and positive professionals who care about others, enjoy flexible schedules, and work well independently.
As a therapist with Envision Counseling, you would provide initial assessments and on-going treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults with mental health challenges, substance use issues, relationship conflicts, or other life concerns.
Since the majority of our clients receive teletherapy, you would enjoy flexible scheduling and the added conveniences of working from home.
You’ll also have access to our electronic health record with simple, easy-to-use progress notes that promote minimal and compliant documentation.

Three days per week in office minimum.
Other sessions can be worked remotely.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluate clients from multiple perspectives, including psychological, emotional, behavioral, social, medical, etc.
Prepare written service plans that incorporate input from clients, family members, and involved service providers.
Use strength-based, clinical interventions to positively influence change and help individuals recognize their own value.
Collaborate with associated professionals to ensure the coordination of care.
Respond to crisis situations as appropriate.
