Registered Nurse

Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments to patients - Manage and maintain airway for patients requiring respiratory support - Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans - Coordinate and provide case management for patients with complex medical needs - Assist with tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients - Provide compassionate care for patients in hospice or palliative medicine settings - Apply knowledge of physiology to assess and monitor patient conditions - Utilize aseptic technique to prevent infections during procedures - Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and coordinate patient discharge Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Experience in medication administration and patient care - Proficiency in airway management techniques - Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions accurately - Knowledge of case management principles and practices - Familiarity with tube feeding procedures and protocols - Understanding of hospice palliative medicine principles and practices - Solid knowledge of human physiology and its application in patient care - Ability to perform procedures using aseptic technique to prevent infections - Experience in discharge planning for patients transitioning from hospital to home or other healthcare facilities - Competence in providing care for infants Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
