Riverside Nurse is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team of professionals, you can still provide continuous quality care for patients without physical contact, help our Riverside customers, patients and the community through our Riverside Nurse line.
Through our Transfer Center we actively assist our facilities/providers to safely get patients where they need to go whether it's from one hospital to another or simply a safe transition to home or rehab.
Salary is highly competitive with traditional bedside nursing.
Works under the direction of Health Communications Department Director Manager and Supervisor.
Responsible to work in collaboration with RHS Healthcare team in assisting patient centered care and community providers access 24 hours a day 7 days per week to RHS's Acute and Emergency Facilities and Services.
Manages all call requests supported by Health Communications Department.
Requires complex and critical thinking skills.
Consistently coordinates patient symptom based triage facilitates direct inpatient and Emergency department admits/consult for patient transfer bed placement transportation RHS post-acute discharge calls, remote patient monitoring.
Consistently anticipates and critically thinks through problems/potential issues and takes initiatives to resolve/service recovery with minimal direction.

Full Time RNs $10,000 sign on bonus
EDUCATION: BSN, ADN, or nursing diploma required.
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years RN experience in acute care setting-preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Licensed Registered Nurse or board eligible by the State of Virginia or compact state.
*This department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days week to include Holidays.
*For this position you will be required to work every 3rd weekend and will have a rotating holiday package every year.
This is not a work from home position.
