RRMC RN Clinical Coordinator Medical 4 Unit

Works under the supervision of the Director or designee and physicians.
Responsible for integration of the nursing process to include, coordination/management of patient care and the organizing, planning, directing and evaluating of services provided.
Provides leadership, direction and support to the staffing needs for the designated areas.
He/She will orient the Nursing Supervisor role to assist with facility-wide needs.
As a clinical expert, ensures provision of clinically competent services by validating staff competency in the provision of a comprehensive range of services and care in accordance with standards of excellence, age-specific and cultural sensitivity established by Riverside Health System and facility goals and strategic plan.
The Clinical Coordinator may be required to perform full patient care to support the needs of the unit.
The work schedule will require nights and weekends as needed.
