Job Purpose:
This position works to provide leading-edge Salesforce business solutions while serving as the liaison between the functional business team and IT Team and developing leading-edge Salesforce business solutions.
You will identify business needs, gather user requirements, develop user requirements, and develop user stories to ensure employee and platform success and scalability.
This individual will work closely with all other areas of the organization to ensure highly satisfied consumers, leading with a service mentality, creating a fun work environment, and instilling pride and accountability for the team.
Must be collaborative with a keen sense of urgency and desire to get things done and improve processes.
Essential Functions:
Document and track the current and future states of business processes.
Liaison between IT Department and the business
Liaison between the business functions and IT gathering requirements and document user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, cross-functional diagrams, etc.
Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms.
Produce documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, key operating procedures, Visio workflows, etc.
Drive CRM adoption and business benefits through day-to-day support, training, and engagement with the CRM user community.
Facilitate daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective, product grooming sessions (backlog)
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Responsible for resolving process issues and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans are in place.
Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful end-user acceptance testing.
Provide assistance and cross training to business users and other team members as needed.
Become the subject matter expert for the area being analyzed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
May be called upon to work extended hours during busy periods.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
com, Agile development tools (i.

, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong business acumen, knowledge of broad business processes and CRM best practices.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes and experience working with and/or supporting an ERP system.
Rootstock ERP knowledge preferred.
PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Change Management experienced preferred.
Experience working with information technology vendors and/or suppliers.
Required:
Salesforce: 2 years (Required) or equivalent
Salesforce Sales Cloud experience preferred.
Business Analysis: 5+ years (including both CRM and ERP)
Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, while being initiative-taking and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communicator and listener
B2B experience preferred.
Experience in medical device or healthcare industry a plus
