Our Riverside Neurovascular team is dedicated to treating patients with vascular disorders affecting the brain and spinal cord, including stroke.
We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider who demonstrates a team approach, ensures comprehensive, coordinated care for patients from hospitalization through outpatient treatment and services.
They will join our board-certified specialists who are fellowship trained in Neurointervention and are at the forefront of neurovascular care.
Our skilled neurosurgical team uses precise, minimally-invasive spine surgery guided by 3D imaging as well as innovative treatment, like deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease, to relieve pain and enhance the lives of patients.
You will join a group of Physicians who have been trained at some of the nation’s top academic medical centers, our physician specialists provide the high level of neurosurgical skills and experience that can make a difference in a patient’s initial outcome and ongoing quality of life.
Qualifications
Education
· Nurse Practitioner- Masters in Nursing
· Nurse Practitioner License
· Nurse Practitioner certification
· Physician Assistant - Master Degree
· Physician Assistant License
Required
· Meet comprehensive and professional standards
· Have a current, valid state of Virginia medical license or be eligible for one
· Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration
Skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Collaborative approach with other physicians and providers
