About the Position: TJFACT is seeking to hire a well-qualified Database Requirements Analyst to join our Team in support of the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), Tradoc Capability Manager Live (TCM LIVE), US Army Training Support Center (ATSC) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.
The Requirements Analysts will have two primary missions: (1) draft and staff STE Live Training System IS and TES CONOPS, Capability Development Documents (CDD), and other supporting requirements documents through the Army Futures Command (AFC) staffing process and DA approval, (2) respond to queries, comments, and directed revisions leading to Milestone B decision for instrumentation and TES; instrumentation system’s requirements, provide thorough analysis, and identify the critical documentation required to initiate, with the materiel developer, the formal development/Milestone processes for IS and TES.
These products will provide synergy and focus in support of the live field training instrumentation and TES of the current and future force in an immersive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the Government’s Subject Matter Experts (SME), Live Training Specialists and Architects, to define the concept of operations (CONOPS) and codify, in accordance with the JCIDS process, the LTE requirements for Instrumentation.
The Analyst will describe the instrumentation requirements for Home station, Local Training Areas, deployed training areas, Institutions, and maneuver Combat Training Centers (CTC).
The T-IS Analyst shall support the Live Training Transformation (LT2) goal to provide an integrated training environment which replicates the conditions and stressors of the Operational Environment (OE) by completing a validated CARDS requirement that allows a common instrumentation system to provide Soldiers with the level of training and exposure required to support the conduct of Full Spectrum Operations (FSO).
In conjunction with TCM Live’s Training Specialists and Architects, the Contractor shall utilize information technology, and other decision support tools to complete all required contract deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience: Must have an active clearance status.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Possess a minimum of five (5) years of DoDAF experience and five (5) years of database development.
Possess the experience, training, technical, and analytical expertise, and other necessary required credentials to develop, staff, and finalize requirements staffing packets IAW regulatory guidance and specified in the JCIDS process.
Experience and knowledge to integrate military doctrine and tactics into JCIDS requirements documents and supporting analyses/appendixes.
Possess knowledge equivalent to that gained from completing the following Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses: Requirement (CLR) 101, Introduction to the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System Requirements Management (RQM) 110, Core Concepts for Requirements Management Requirements (CLR) 151, Analysis of Alternatives Requirements (CLR) 250, Capabilities-Based Assessment Requirements (CLR) 252, Developing Key Performance Parameters Possess the overall knowledge to perform the tasks identified within the PWS; Combat Training Center (CTC) experience is a plus.
