*Position Description:*
* Tier I/II Help desk support for AV equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair all audio and video equipment to include Smart Boards, Projectors, Crestron Transmitters / Receivers, Microphones, Cameras, and Audio and Video Amplifiers
* Provide ECP and Non ECP classroom support, including troubleshooting and repairing instructor and student computers, facilitating return and repairs between the client and manufacturers, re-imaging computers and installing components for the client, and integration with printers and other devices
*Required Skills:*
* MUST HAVE *current Security+ CE Certification (IAT Level II)*
* *MUST HAVE Active Secret Clearance*
* AV Technology Specialist certification preferred
* 2+ years audio / visual experience desired
* Complete knowledge of live sound signal flow; ability to troubleshoot integrated audio systems, track and update wireless microphone frequencies, group, and channel spreadsheet
* Understanding of integrated AV signal paths (Scalers, Switchers, DAs, Extenders) for high-level troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills
* Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily) and Windows
* CTS Certification (must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire)
