Overview:
We are searching for an experienced dental office manager who is looking to join a practice with a strong culture, compassionate and skilled dentists, and a support structure that creates an environment of learning that brings about growth and success.
We want you to be the face of our state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Eustis!
Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, you will help lead the office and help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
Schedule and utilize practice management software (Denticon).
Data entry and update necessary information for new and existing member’s accounts utilizing dental software.
Daily close out procedures.
Maintain patient data to include chart documents, personal information, treatment consultation, and account history transactions.
Complete administration tasks, such as Morning Huddle report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, approving/correcting payroll within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Respond to Doctor, Member, or Employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries and seek assistance when necessary.

Monday through Friday: 8:00a.
m.
– 5:00 p.
m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.
m.
- 2:00 p.
m.
Qualifications:
Dental office management experience required.
Dental software experience required.
Current Driver's License & reliable transportation
Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.
HIPAA knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
