We are currently recruiting for a Clinician IV (Licensed) within our Outpatient programs.
This position will provide direct therapeutic interventions to individuals, families and groups with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health or developmental disability issues.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Provide individual, family, couples and group counseling and psychotherapy with adults and/or child and adolescents either face to face or through telehealth
* Complete assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, and service planning of the population served
* Submit documentation to include report writing and timely, procedurally correct recording in health information records – in both electronic and manual formats.
* Serves as a consultant to other staff and community agencies regarding assessment and diagnosis, coordination of services, and referrals
* Other duties as assigned.
*Work Schedule:*
Monday- Friday: Standard Business Hours.
Hybrid schedule (Remote/Work-Site) depending on program needs.
*Skills and Qualifications*
* Must have the ability to treat co-occurring disorders including knowledge of group counseling techniques, family systems, and motivational interviewing
* Must be able to prepare a comprehensive recovery-oriented treatment plan according to agency guidelines.
* Ability to maintain an objective, professional and calm relationship with individuals and groups in a stressful situation
* One year of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities _*preferred.

* Valid driver’s license is _*required.

* Master’s Degree in a human services field _*required.

* Must hold a valid license from the Board of Counseling ( LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LSATP)_*required*_

Experience:
* working with children & adolescents with SMI: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
