Caregiver Responsibilities:
Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, toileting, eating, and transportation
Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Caregiver Requirements:
Have completed a state approved PCA or HHA course or have a valid CNA certification in the State of Virginia
Minimum one (1) year of in-home care assistance experience
Current CPR
Current PPD (TB Test)
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Car
Auto Insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screening
