JANUS research Group is looking for qualified personnel to provide Knowledge Management (KM) support to U.
S.
Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
The HQ TRADOC Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (OCKO) is TRADOC’s lead organization for all command knowledge management (KM) strategy, governance, and initiatives.
OCKO serves as a pivotal coordination and communication body to organize and align KM across TRADOC and collaborates with Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Centers of Excellence (CoEs)/Schools/Activities, and enterprise partners (for example, U.
S.
Army Office of Business Transformation) to build successful KM capabilities to increase organizational performance and efficacy.
The TRADOC KM Program is oriented on 5 specific Outcomes that will: Improve Decision Cycle Effectiveness.
Enhance Mission and Organizational Performance.
Create Agile Learning Organizations.
Facilitate Shared Understanding Through Collaboration.
Establish Effective KM Programs.
Position Responsibilities.
The Senior Knowledge Management SME will provide on-site support for TRADOC’s OCKO command-wide KM program.
The Process Improvement Analyst will be required to provide continuous effort to assess, optimize, and improve organizational business systems and work processes.
This Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) includes, but is not limited to, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) which is systematic removal of waste and reduction of variation in order to improve performance.
When implemented successfully, CPI ensures the way people work together and the processes they employ operate at best value, improve knowledge flows, and enhance organizational innovation and efficacy.
CPI includes Lean Six Sigma (LSS) which is a disciplined process improvement methodology.
It is endorsed by DoD leadership as a primary means by which the Department will become more efficient in its operations and more effective in its support to the warfighter.
Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Possess business management experience and past performance in successfully in applying creative problem solving, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, rate of innovation, and related concepts, principles, and practices to a program of similar size and scope.
Experienced in analyzing, innovating, and maintaining conventional office work systems/business processes using Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions.
Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt required for Process Improvement Lead.
Junior requires Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Possess skills, knowledge and familiarity with Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or Organization Management.
Possess expertise in Individual and Organizational Change Management.
Possess experience in applying performance management / measurement, strategic planning, research, and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts, principles, and practices.
US Citizen with a SECRET security clearance.
TOP SECRET preferred.
