We are an EasyHiring recruiting company that is looking for candidates for our partners for the position of *Assistant Principal Fellowship Program *in Newport News, VA for work in New York City *Assistant Principal Fellows* We are currently hiring for the 24-25 school year We seek excellent lead teachers who have 2-3 years of experience and are excited to move into a leadership role in the 24-25 school year.
You will join us as an Assistant Principal Fellow and be developed by some of the best educators in the country.
In your first year, you will complete a teaching rotation while being paid at a junior leadership level.
This first year of learning our school design will set you up to be a fully functioning assistant principal from the start of your second year.
As a result of the exceptional supports, curriculum resources, training and development you will have access to, along with your insatiable appetite for continuous improvement, you will have the runway to increase your readiness for the top job upon completion of the Fellowship -- a principal at one of New York’s top-performing charter schools.
