Responsibilities:
· Maintaining high customer retention, high customer satisfaction index, and monitoring customer feedback
· Post visit follow up with sales and service customers to ensure excellent experiences and satisfaction
· Be proactive, professional, and well-spoken when responding to phone and email inquires
· Be able to collaborate and execute creative visions in line with corporate social media strategy and reputation management
· Meet and exceed departmental goals
· Direct customers to product information resources
· Requirements:
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms
· Time management and prioritization skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
· Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
· Must possess or be able to obtain a sales license
