We are seeking an MS Modern Workspace / Intune Architect with exceptional expertise in Windows 10/11 and Windows Autopilot deployment to join our dynamic team.
As a Modern Workspace Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Autopilot and Windows 10/11 image certification and upgrade solutions to enable seamless and efficient device provisioning for our environment.
Core Responsibilities Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot requirement gathering, following best practices for Intune deployment, windows security, and compliance, preparing Solution Design documents (HLD, LLD), test plan and test cases, SOPs.
Implementation and Configuration of Intune - Windows co-management, Windows Autopilot, Feature updates (Image certifications, Windows 10 to 11 upgrades), application deployments, and PowerShell scripting would be added advantages.
Device Onboarding and Provisioning - zero-touch approach (factory to end user), follow industry best practices, Azure AD, Intune Connector for certificate management, Domain join windows devices, MDM, MAM, and MCAS to build and manage secure and robust end-user environments, SSO integration.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution - strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Intune, Azure AD, Hybrid AD, Intune connector, on-prem GPOs, Root CA certificate deployments, Windows 10, Windows 11, windows feature updates, patching, M365 and LOB applications deployments, Single-sign-on integrations.
Deployment and Configuration of cloud only machines.
Autopatch Roll out and configuration.
Participate in the strategy, management and governance of IT process and operations with the implementation of infrastructure services; design solutions that meet existing and future requirements for functionality and integration with existing components Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to see troublesome trends to solve issues before they affect business productivity Maintain an understanding of current, organic growth, and new project requirements for capacity and performance planning to forecast system needs and communicate this information to I&O leadership for financial planning.
Provide mentorship and training for fellow team members to advance group skills and capabilities; educate teams on the implementation of new compute services and provide associated training as required.

Technical knowledge or hands on experience with Active Directory, ADFS, SCCM, VMWare, Cisco UCS, Veeam, and Red Hat Satellite Server Experience working with multi cloud enterprises environments and understanding of advanced capabilities and service cost structures of major providers (Azure and AWS Plus) Knowledge of orchestration tools to automate processes and services Knowledge of operational characteristics of infrastructure services, systems, hardware and software Azure Public Cloud experience– All levels of management and design in Azure from EA level to SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Automation.
Extensive expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory for device management and identity solutions.
Proven track record in configuring Autopilot profiles, policies, and settings to achieve efficient device provisioning and management, windows upgrades from Windows 10 to 11.
Deep understanding of device onboarding methods, deployment scenarios, and user experience optimization.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and 10 and familiarity with other Windows operating systems.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM, and related tools.
Work experience in a team environment.
Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Self-motivated, analytical, and possessing excellent problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Able to find root causes of problems, quickly determine efficient solutions, anticipate risks, and mitigate in the moment.
