Expectations and Job Description
Juicing LIFE & Café Crew 1-3 Tier
TIER1$12 - 21hrs/Less – only work one side Juice or café
· Required to complete ServSafe
· Entry Level Customer Service
o Must have the will to have energetic customer relations and teamwork
· Adhere to Uniform policy (See Handbook)
o Will get a JuiceLIFE shirt/hat after completing Training onboarding
· Demonstrate ability to clean/knowledge of Sanitation
o Cleaning Dishes –
o Sweep/Mop Floors
o Clean bathrooms
o Clean appliances
o Personal hygiene
*Strictly adhere to current sanitation and food safety regulations at all times *Maintain a clean and orderly workstation that is clear of debris and discarded food, gloves, or other items
· Ability to follow essential simple recipes for Juicebar/café
· 2/3-week(50hrs) training for Juice LIFE job culture
· Ability to follow instructions from Management/Shift Lead
o Daily follow Checklists
o Daily follow the Task list
· maintain stocking of Bar/Line during and opening shifts without supervision.
*Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them, if necessary, to where they should sit or stand to place an order *Answer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared *Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested *Operate cash registers to process cash and credit card payments for orders *Promote restaurant products by offering to upgrade items or showcasing daily specials available *Prepare and package food quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, cooking times, and assembly
· Provide all digital orders accurately and on time.

· Maintain ORDER receipts
Tier 2 - $13 - 21hrs+ and can work both shifts – 6 months within JuiceLIFE
· Consume all the roles of the previous tiers
· Can operate a change without supervision
Tier 3 - $14 - 25/Full-time hrs.
+ has the ability to both Juice/Café
· Consume all the roles of the previous tiers
· Complete knowledge entire Recipe/Menu
· consistently properly Close/Open the Checklist as a whole guide
· Actively demonstrates the knowledge to take the initiative to do the task
· Can affectedly communicate daily for maximum business operation
· Show high regard to the Vision and operations of JuiceLIFE
· Have the ability to provide basic Training on new hires as directed
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $12.
00 - $14.
