Cook/Childcare Assistant

* Childcare Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the required standards of taste, presentation, and portion control - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a cook in the food industry or related field - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, including knife skills - Experience in catering or working in a dietary department is a plus ServSafe Manager preferred If you are passionate about Kids, and cooking and have experience in the food and childcare industries we would love to hear from you.
