Pair of big block Chevy 3993820 cast iron oval port open chamber 396/402/427/454 LS5 cylinder heads
This casting appears to have been used by Chevy for oval port, open chamber, 454 Passenger and Trucks, 113.
060 cc chambers, 205/175 intake/exhaust valve size heads correct for 1971 300 HP 402 (396) or 365 HP 454 engines, and suitable for many other BBC applications.
These appear to be dated F1171 and F1471 or June 11, 1971 for one and June 14, 1971 for the other, and are likely correct for a late 71 Chevelle, Camaro, Nova, or Impala or could have been for an early 72.
Hard to get clear pics of the casting numbers and date codes
Good cores for rebuild - need to be clean tanked and rebuilt but have been a spare set I held onto as backups - never need them for the 1970 402 engine that I got them for.
