Requirements:
Must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license
Previous administrative experience strongly preferred
previous dealership experience a plus
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Must be organized, customer service oriented and a great team player.
Hours: Varied schedule between Monday-Saturdays from 7am-6pm (no Sundays)
The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for the professional scheduling appointments for the service department; contacting customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service; and various administrative duties.
